How We Work

We meet organizations where they are, tailoring our work to their culture risk context and maturity. From building shared understanding to strengthening capabilities and embedding sustainable practices, our approach focuses on how behaviour and decision-making shape risk in practice.

Identify

Identify where culture creates risk.

Behavioural science–informed culture risk assessments designed to reveal how decisions are actually made, which behaviours are being reinforced, and where risk concentrates in day to day work.

Rather than relying on surveys and dashboards alone we examine the habits, incentives, cognitive biases, and informal norms that shape behaviour on the ground. This work helps leaders clearly see where culture may be amplifying or mitigating risk and provides a rigorous foundation for targeted intervention and assurance conversations.

Strengthen

Design & implement behaviour change interventions.

Behavioural science–backed interventions that translate culture risk insights into targeted strategies. We redesign the conditions that shape behaviour, including decision pathways, incentives, norms, and leadership signals, to reduce risk and reinforce desired behaviours.

This work moves beyond awareness to embed change directly into processes, routines, and expectations. Ideal for organizations looking to actively mitigate behavioural risk by changing the environment in which decisions are made.

Embed

Build enduring capability for culture & risk management.

Comprehensive capability-building programs, (available across all three lines of defense) that equip leaders and teams to continuously identify, manage, and mitigate culture risk over time.

This work combines leadership enablement, skill-building, embedded tools, frameworks, practical governance mechanisms, and ongoing measurement to ensure culture and behavioural risk management become part of how the organization operates.
