What We Offer

Every engagement we run is grounded in behavioural science and tailored to your organization's context, sector, and objectives. Our work takes different forms depending on where you are and what you need, from a standalone diagnostic to a long-term capability building partnership.

Each offering below can be commissioned on its own. They are also designed to work together, moving from diagnosis through strategy to lasting internal capability.

Stage 1: Diagnose

  • Our flagship diagnostic uses a behavioural science lens to examine how decisions are really made in your organization, which norms and incentives are shaping behaviour, and where culture is creating risk. We work with risk, compliance, safety, and audit teams to build a complete and evidence-based picture of the cultural and behavioural patterns driving risk in your specific context, combining in-depth interviews, custom surveys, and behavioural data analysis.

This is the starting point for most of our engagements and the foundation for everything that follows. It can also be commissioned as a standalone piece of work for organizations that need a rigorous, independent assessment of their culture risk or safety culture.

You walk away with: A comprehensive findings report and leadership debrief, translating behavioural insights into clear, prioritized risk implications and recommended next steps.

Stage 2: Design

  • Drawing on diagnostic findings, we design a targeted strategy to address the specific behavioural conditions driving risk in your organization. This is not generic culture change programming. We apply behavioural science principles, including decision architecture, norm-setting, and incentive redesign, to shift how risk is perceived and acted on at the moments that matter most, whether that is how safety decisions are made on the ground, how compliance behaviour holds up under pressure, or how risk judgment is exercised across the organization.

You walk away with: A prioritized culture risk strategy and intervention roadmap, connecting each recommended action directly to the behavioural risk pattern it is designed to address.

  • Tailored workshops designed for leadership teams, risk and compliance functions, safety leaders, HR teams, or cross-functional groups. Our workshops go beyond awareness to build genuine understanding of how behavioural science applies to your specific risk or culture context, and what that means for how your team operates day to day.

Workshops can be run as part of a broader engagement or as standalone sessions.

You walk away with: A facilitated session with practical frameworks, tools, and clear actions your team can apply immediately.

Stage 3: Build

  • A structured programme that builds lasting internal capability to identify, assess, and manage culture risk on an ongoing basis. We work alongside your risk, compliance, safety, or audit team to embed the frameworks, tools, and skills needed to make culture risk management a repeatable, owned practice rather than a one-off exercise.

For internal audit functions, this includes developing a repeatable culture audit methodology and supervisory framework embedded in your audit programme.

You walk away with: Embedded frameworks, governance tools, and internal capability that outlasts the engagement, with leaders and teams equipped to manage culture risk independently.

  • Targeted training programmes that build knowledge and practical skills in behavioural science, culture risk, and risk culture management. Designed for specific audiences including risk and compliance teams, safety leaders, HR professionals, and internal auditors.

Training can be delivered as part of a capability building programme or as a standalone intervention for teams looking to build a shared foundation.

You walk away with: A practical, applied training experience with tools and frameworks participants can use in their day-to-day roles.

  • For organizations that want ongoing behavioural science expertise without commissioning a full programme, we offer advisory and consulting support. This can take many forms: acting as a sounding board for culture risk decisions, supporting the design of governance frameworks, reviewing behavioural risk indicators, or providing expert input into audit or regulatory conversations.

Advisory relationships are tailored to what your organization needs and can flex as priorities evolve.

You walk away with: Expert behavioural science guidance and support, on your terms and timeline.

Not sure where to start?

Most engagements begin with a Culture Risk Diagnostic. It gives you and your organization a clear, evidence-based picture of where culture is creating risk and what to do about it, and gives us the foundation to design everything that follows.
