Behavioral Science at Work is founded and led by Dr. Rimma Teper, a behavioral scientist and organizational psychology expert with a PhD in social psychology. Rimma has spent her career at the intersection of research, leadership, and culture.
As a senior leader, she built and led a behavioral science function within one of Canada’s largest organizations, partnering directly with executives to assess culture, strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve collaboration, and support large-scale transformation. Her work combines academic depth, analytical rigor, and practical application, enabling leaders to translate insight into action that drives measurable results.
With extensive experience advising leadership teams through complexity and change, Rimma brings a human-centric approach to building cultures where trust, accountability, and performance can thrive. She is known for translating behavioral science into clear, actionable strategies that help organizations make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create environments where people and performance flourish.
