Who We Are

BSW is founded and led by Dr. Rimma Teper, a behavioural scientist and organizational psychology expert with a PhD in social psychology. Rimma specializes in helping organizations identify, assess, and manage risk that emerges from human behaviour, decision-making, and culture.

As a senior leader at a top 20 global bank, she built and led a behavioural science and culture audit capability, designing a structured methodology to independently examine culture as a source of risk. This work enabled audit and assurance teams to move beyond perception-based inputs and assess how leadership behaviours, incentives, decision processes, and everyday practices were shaping risk outcomes in reality.

Bringing together audit rigor and behavioural science, Rimma translates evidence into clear, actionable insights that strengthen governance, accountability, and decision-making. Her work supports organizations in managing culture with the same discipline applied to other critical risk areas, helping build more resilient and sustainable performance over time.
