Our primary offering is Culture Risk Advisory, which focuses on how culture shapes risk management in practice, through diagnostics, sense-making, and strategy. This advisory work includes targeted capability building, equipping leaders and teams with practical skills, shared frameworks, and repeatable processes to measure and manage cultural risk.
Alongside this, we offer Culture and Leadership Enablement consulting and workshops. This work focuses on broader culture transformation and leadership effectiveness. These engagements build the capability leaders and teams need to translate strategy and standards into consistent, day-to-day behaviour.
These two arms allow us to address both risk and performance by focusing on what matters most: how people think, decide, and act in the workplace.

We assess how culture shapes risk behaviour in practice and work with leaders to make sense of what we find. Using a behavioural science lens, this includes examining how decisions are made under pressure, how risk is escalated or contained, and how social norms, incentives, and leadership responses influence day-to-day behaviour. Findings are translated into clear insights that connect cultural patterns to operational, safety, and strategic risk, giving leaders a practical, evidence-based understanding of where risk culture is supporting objectives and where it is unintentionally creating exposure.

Based on identified risk patterns, we design targeted risk culture strategies and interventions grounded in behavioural science. This includes applying evidence-based insights on decision-making, social norms, incentives, and cognitive bias to shape how risk is perceived and acted on in real situations. Rather than relying on generic training or policies, interventions are intentionally designed to influence behaviour at critical moments where risk tradeoffs occur.

To ensure impact lasts beyond the engagement, we support organizations in embedding risk culture into everyday operations. This includes equipping internal leaders and influencers to act as risk culture champions, integrating risk culture into decision-making and governance processes, and establishing indicators leaders can monitor to course-correct early.
